A look at the process from beginning to end for your custom embroidery project....

We start by digitizing your logo for embroidery. This process can take several days since we use your logo to draw the stitches that we would like the machine to make. The software actually is like a big graph where we tell the machine where we would like stiches at, how much fill, direction, color, underlay, length ect...Designs can range from 8,000 to 25,000 stitches for just a left front chest..!! 

Then we pick colors from our thread racks and match as closely as we can to your logo. We have over 500 different colors to choose from...:)

We like to sample difficult designs that have lots of colors, gradients or very small text. That way we can make changes to get the best stitch possible.

Then when we are ready we stitch and ship your awesome project out to you... 

Sometimes it takes a minute but we like to take our time to get it right...
