Caps and Hats come in many different styles. Our handy guide will help you find the one that's right for you.

First choose the front. 

Structured Caps have a stiff front that stands on it's own. They tend to have a taller front or mid profile.

Unstructured Caps have a soft front. They have a shorter front or low profile.

Now let's talk about the back.

The four main types of closures are Snapback, Hook and Loop (Velcro), Buckle, or none at all for a fitted cap.

Fitted caps also come in two sizes S/M, L/XL and some in XXL. All other caps are one size only but adjustable by closure type.

Other Design Options 

There are other design options depending on the cap. 

Mesh Back is great for summer as it is lightweight and allows air to circulate. Mesh may be able to be embroidered but it depends on the design.

Puff Foam/3D is great for livestock brands or large lettering. Contact us if you would like to see if your design is good for puff foam.

We can also add leather patches to caps. 

Adding your logo or lettering to caps is included in the cap price.
